Upon booking
A $500 nonrefundable deposit is due to reserve your date. Your signed contract is due within two weeks.
Six months
before the date of the wedding, a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit is due.
One month
before the date of the wedding, half of your estimated total balance and your menu selections are due.
Two weeks
before the date of the wedding your final count, final details, meal counts for a sit-down affair and your final payment are due.
One week
before the date of the wedding your floor plan and the list of the guests at each table are due. On your floor plan, please note where following will be seated: the parents of the bridal couple, guests with requested specialty food items or restrictions such as allergies, and children who need highchairs or booster seats
